1. Introduction Dr. Dileep Kumar Garg built the Bill Book AG Pro app as a Commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and ensure a secure, offline experience.
2. 100% Offline Data Storage Bill Book AG Pro operates entirely offline. We do not collect, transmit, store, track, or share any personal, business, or financial data on our servers or third-party cloud services. All invoices, inventory data, customer details, and financial records are stored strictly locally on your device.
3. Device Permissions To provide core ERP functionalities, the App requests the following local permissions:
Camera: Required strictly for scanning Barcodes and QR codes to quickly add items.
Contacts: Required only to seamlessly import customer names/numbers directly into the billing form. We do not upload your contact list to any server.
Storage/Files: Required to generate and save PDF invoices, export CSV reports, and create/restore local JSON backup files.
Biometric/PIN Authentication: Used entirely locally through your device's OS to lock and secure the application. We do not access your biometric data.
4. Third-Party Services & Security The app is completely ad-free and does not integrate any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs. Your data is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms. Please note that uninstalling the App or clearing its data from device settings will permanently delete all your offline records.
